You are probably running Doku behind a proxy. In that case, you need to set the ROOT_PATH variable.
Here’s its description from the documentation:

How i have to create then the scriptfile for running Doku correctly? I use synology nas server with a german domain. I not understand much in programming this. Since the update the display not run correct, with the last it run completely correct. I not use a proxy and use this scriptfile for running doku on my synology nas:

docker run -d --name=doku
-p 9090:9090
-v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock:ro
-v /:/hostroot:ro
--restart always
amerkurev/doku

Please help me about. the program run but display not correct.....i have tried all bash commands you show on your page, no one of them help about that display failure. i not want use password for Doku like some Bash commands have.
