Description
What is the issue that you are facing?
Every time a courier comes, the department has to make note of the parcel manually. Also, the receiver has to visit the courier office repeatedly to check for his/her parcel.
How often do you face this issue?
Mostly
Do you think, a lot of your friends face the same issue?
This issue is faced by most of the people.
What have you tried to solve the issue?
I have not tried solving it.
Have you thought of any ideas that may solve the issue?
According to me, it would be better if we have an application that will keep track of the parcels received by the service department. Also messages can be sent directly to the owner informing about the parcel.
