Custom view is not shown as active in the menu

Describe the bug

The left menu item is not highlighted as active when visiting a custom view page created using the custom view documentation

This appears to be due to the identity not being correctly resolved by the is_active function in ViewMenu for custom views.

The Report Page should be highlighted (active) when visiting the page
