I see the plant pic I sent, but nothing else happens

Hello!

I'd like firdt of all to thank you for this amazing bot, which I love. I used it this summer and it worked wonderfully.

Today, it looks like this bot doesn't work anymore? When I sent a picture of a plant, it doesn't ask for anything (like if it's a flower or a leaf) and it don't give any type of answer. It just do nothing. I see the pic in the conversation, but that's all.

I also tried to do /start again. However, nothing new hapoened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the bot (I did it from a Samsung mobile)
2. Sent a picture of a plant
3. Wait
4. See error: nothing happens :(((

Expected behavior
It should ask which part of the plant shows the picture, and have preselected answers: leaves, glowers, etc. And after give information about the plant.

It may ask for another picture
