add a note for Open-Meteo license

Hi.
Please add a note to the programme to fix this issues

>Additionally, the weather data used appears to be from Open-Meteo. 
According to their license[1]: "You must include a link next to any 
location Open-Meteo data is displayed." I could not find any information 
about the source of the weather data in the application.
