pdf interpretation in a different language

Are this bot able to analyse a pdf with a different language? I tried a similar one but but he couldn't analyze it because of the language with the following cmd prompt: Translation file for it-IT not found. Using default translation en-US. I need to analyse a document with that contains a table with text and I have to extract some information from it. If is possible how much data (text lines) is able to extract? Thanks
