Logging in, getting 403 invalid credentials.

alright so I've installed the package, although can't import it which is weird but whatever, i've tried to log in and its saying invalid credentials, even though i've checked and it is the correct username & password for the account, i've tried replacing the username with an email and it didn't work.
if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me.
