NTP Kernel Panic

Tested with 9.8.5 and 9.9.4
Precon: WLAN connected, time received at least once:
With valid Wlan-Connection but no Internet-Access through this connection software tries after the 86400 set by setSyncInterval(86400) after the last update to get the ntp-time.
Tested with 2 Minutes (setSyncInterval(120) -> tries to connect to ntp-servers several times (about 10) and after gets a User exception:

I found that Wemos D1 minis from China have bad chipsets. The Wemos D1 Minis from AZ-Delivery work better.
