Font and icons aren't identified

What might be the problem with fonts identification in the taskbar?
I have JetBrains fonts installed, but in the theme it uses some default font.

Also, theme icons don't work properly - might be the same font issue or some other.
Help to fix, pls,

Some other themes use JetBrains font correctly, but icons are still broken
