Calendar widget cannot navigate across year boundaries

What is the request?

Hi, i realized that calendar popup restricts navigation to the current year only (Jan 1 - Dec 31)
So in January you can't go back to December of the previous year, and in December you can't go forward to January of the next year.

Why is it useful?

You can navigate previous and next year in calendar

How could it be implemented?

I traced this to the setMinimumDate / setMaximumDate calls in show_calendar()
If this was not intentional and it's not only on my side, I'd be happy to submit a PR to expand the range for -1/+1 year

Yes, there is a limitation for the current year only

current_year = QDate.currentDate().year()
min_date = QDate(current_year, 1, 1)
max_date = QDate(current_year, 12, 31)

But I'm not sure why I added this, maybe because of the holidays module or something else. I need to test it.
