Project does not build due to libman dependency

After a new checkout i can't build the project. Getting erros on libman restore.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Clean checkout.
• Build project

Expected behavior
Project build succesfull.

Is it due to the version of sdk I use? I'm currently on 7.0.101

I merged the PR, but I still see a build error on CI.
