Web App - Only Processes A Single IDT Then Errors

We seem to have a bug when using the webapp which means the first IDT that is generated from the running instance succeeds, but then any subsequent requests even after browser refresh, error out.

The only way to fix this is to bring down the instance and bring it up again clean.

Things tried debugging

Increase CPU
Increase Memory
Increase Storage
Core Module - Mock unit/integration test to run multiple IDTs one after another without the UI seem fine

Dont seem to be able to find where and why this is happening..

EDIT: I do not have the same issue, thought I do have issues, which I think more detailed documentation would probably help solve....

EDIT2: I think, now that I have produced some usable IDTs, that I'm getting the same error, I need to bring down the instance and restart it inbetween IDTS.
