OOM with enableRemoteConfig = true

With enableRemoteConfig = true, we see a constant memory consumption while idling in our application
In profiler I see that memory consumed and leaks somewhere as GC doesn't collect it to a previous values.

In memory dump I see that obfuscated classes from amplitude x3 shallow memory grows significantly with time. Same with j7.
