I have tried many different ways. Using Firefox, clear the cookies, using a different computer, different IP. ALL! but still giving me this error. Does anybody have experienced this?

I have an open case for more than 1 month now. Still waiting for a response. Also when I ask for an update, they reply to me we are still working on getting this issue resolved but it is not. :(
