I was trying to build a solution to track if a listing is featured for a seller on Amazon's product detail page. Recently, I came across Amazon Selling Partner Notifications API which contains a notificationType of ANY_OFFER_CHANGED for this purpose. There are already present solutions where people are using web scraping techniques to track Featured Offer changes.
Can ANY_OFFER_CHANGED notification be used to reliably track all the featured offer changes? If not, what can be used for this purpose?
