ADALM2000: Add "SENT" protocol to logic decoders

SENT (single-edge nibble transmission) is a very popular one-wire protocol, used in automotive sensors, for some reason.
It's somewhat similar to multi-piece PWM: data is divided into pieces of 4 bit nibbles and then each nibble is sent as 16-clocks PWM: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SENT_(protocol)
Would really love to see it included in Scopy.

Hi @elektrinis , scopy decoders are the sigrok decoders, here is a example adding am i3c decoder

sigrokproject/libsigrokdecode#128

we do have a fork for exceptional circumstances

There are a few implementations of SENT protocols on the web. You could probably try them out.
Navigate to the Scopy decoders directory located under: <scopy_installation_dir>/decoders (e.g. C:\Program Files\Analog Devices\Scopy\decoders) . Copy the decoder in that location and restart scopy.
