Support for Analog was added to the Firebase App Hosting builders in FirebaseExtended/firebase-framework-tools#276
In order to support this is Analog, we need to produce the same JSON output when the NG_BUILD_LOGS_JSON environment variable is set, which is done inside the Firebase App Hosting deployment process
