chore: update vitest to version 4.1.2 and refactor mock implementations in tests

- Updated vitest dependency in package.json from ^2.0.0 to ^4.1.2.
- Refactored MockAudioContext and MockAudioWorkletNode implementations in decibri.test.ts to use function expressions for better readability.
