remove: remove identityf from namespace

This commit removes the `identityf` symbol from the `@stdlib/math/base/special`
namespace due to a package migration.

BREAKING CHANGE: remove `identityf`

To migrate, users should access the same symbol via the
`@stdlib/number/float32/base` namespace.
