Heroku Altternative

Hi! First of all I would like to thank sir anasty17 for making this bot. I've been using this mirror bot for along time but I only know how to deploy it using heroku. I don't know how to use docker. Is there anything I can deploy the repo just like in heroku? I don't know about programming. I just watch videos on youtube. Thank you.

For docker it's just two lines written in readme. It's very simple.
I can't add any platform support, otherwise github will disable my repository. They already warned me once.
