OS End of life warnings should account for SupportEnd date from the distro release information

What would you like to be added:

Several distros specify SUPPORT_END dates in their release files, and syft is parsing these out when available, so would be great for grype to additionally consider that information when creating EOL warnings

@willmurphyscode , I didn't have any specific containers yet, I just was looking at this dataset: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Awhich-distro%2Fos-release%20SUPPORT_END&type=code

Some of the derived from fedora things like bazzite, aurora, etc might be good candidates since I don't think any of them are in the endoflife.date dataset yet? I think everything in that list is an rpm based distro
