[Feature] Allow special channel for anyone to create this channel with their custom settings #163
Description
On Discord, you can select a created channel called "Create a Channel" that is visible to everyone. This channel, when clicked on, allows you to create a temporary channel with the name and permissions of the creator's choosing. This is for big community servers to allow for anyone to create channels as needed.
Once the channel owner leaves the channel, if members are still present the channel will remain. If everyone leaves the channel, the channel will auto delete itself almost like a temporary channel. The Create Channel name must remain visible for everyone to see and click on as seen in the first picture above.
