Haven windows desktop app channel copy code button doesn't work. When I click on it to copy code it does nothing and does not provide a notification unlike the working web app.

This was a bug with the Clipboard API not working inside Electron. Same root cause as a TOTP copy issue I fixed a while back, but I missed the channel code button (and a few others). Just pushed a fix that adds a fallback for all the copy buttons across the app. Should be working in the next Desktop build, thanks for reporting it.
