Feature request: "Adopt a module" action #538

From this reddit topic it seems that adding such an action could be useful to ensure the necessary information is put into the form.
An MVP could be a form to fill in that sends a mail to the PAUSE admins in the backend so that the process for PAUSE admins remains the same (you get mails). More feature rich would be that the entire transfer process and request handling is in PAUSE.
