Issues when "make all"

Dear Dr. Arfe,

I found your article and code pretty helpful!! For the PDL1-meta-analysis project, I found something error when I try to use "make all", it said:
R CMD BATCH ./PROGRAMS/prepare_master_ipd_dataset.R
R CMD BATCH ./PROGRAMS/reconstruct_pdl1_negative_groups.R
R CMD BATCH ./PROGRAMS/fit_collapsed_gibbs_cpp_pem_type.R
make: *** [DATA/fit_pem_type.Rdata] Error 1

Could you take a look and let me know how to solve it?
