Latex compilation crashes due to updates to SIUnitx package?

My compilation crashes, and no plot is generated. This error is given:

! LaTeX Error: The key 'siunitx/seperr' is unknown and is being ignored.

After removing the keyword seperr from the default yaml config files everything works.

A logfile that includes information about what versions I am running is available below.
