Feature Suggestions & Roadmap Inquiry

First off, fantastic work on this project! I've been testing it with docker and everything has been running smoothly. I'm really looking forward to the future of this project.

I was wondering if you have a public roadmap? I'd be very interested to see what you have planned.

I also have a few feature requests that I believe would greatly enhance the user experience:

• File Previews:

  • Images: A gallery-style viewer for common image formats.
  • Videos: A simple video player.
  • Music: An audio player to listen to music files directly.
  • PDFs: A lightweight, read-only PDF viewer.

• Text Editor: A built-in editor for plain text files (e.g., .html, .css, .txt, .md, .js, .yml) would be a great addition for making quick edits without needing to download and re-upload files.

It appears that the base CopyParty server already supports some of these features, like media players and markdown file editing. Integrating these functionalities into the frontend would be a significant improvement.

Thanks for the kudos and idea! I want go further on this project, i need to read more about the copyparty and probably in beginning of 2026 if this projects starts to getting traction, i will start officially a roadmap, and hope to help more users!

Sorry for the delay, a lot of things in this end of the year! I will only close this when I get a good roadmap!

If possible share for users that would like to I hope too, its open source for everyone who likes copyparty and react!
