Update readme

Now that there's a website, it doesn't make a lot of sense to keep the list of case studies in repo's readme file anymore. I see at least two steps here:

• Update top section of the readme with a link to website and a warning that readme's data is not updated anymore. c9e333d
• Completely remove the list from readme once we release Add Russian case studies to the website #67
