Slider interaction

Hi we are preparing an University study and some behaviours of slider in UI distracting our studiing subjects.

1. Is it possible to dissable double-click on knot for type exact value?
2. Is it possiblne to disable clicking on one of side to imidiately move to Min/Max value?
