Add wizard for setting up rclone remotes

currently if no remote is found config ini and rclone config is opened so a user can see a list of their remotes

would be nice if there was some sort of wizard for setting up remote

-can add remotes via startup and via menu option
-can switch between remotes
+need to be able to edit/delete remotes (low pri)
+need to be able to encrypt remotes (hi pri)
