KubeApply jumps to Begin of File

Hello, 


I've notice a big change in the way that plugin works. If i have a yaml Buffer and execute :KubeApply the cursor jumps to the beginn of the Buffer. I think it has something to do with the latest changes. If i use an older Version of the Plugin (v1.2.0) then it works like expected.
