Unable to connect to wifi

I have tried both the pie and the android 10 build. I came across these two issue.

- On Android 10 build, wifi just resets after a few seconds. where as on pie, the wifi setting stays on, but is unable to detect any networks and hence am not able to connect at all.

- Both have a weird display issue causing every other part of the screen except the active mouse pointer location to be visible.
