sync error on "repo sync"

at the final stage, it showed
"error: in sync: revision refs/tags/android-11.0.0_r33 in platform/external/scudo not found"
but not having this issue before branching

I also meet this problem! And during syncing, there are lots of ref missing problem, like following

platform/build/blueprint:
fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/tags/android-11.0.0_r33

However, I can find and open these modules under tag android-11.0.0_r33
