The commit 313da9f revert the import of the new version of the Navigation lib

"2.3.0-alpha01" -> "2.4.0-alpha01"
This can be updated to the last beta at the same time

Reselecting of a bottom navigation doesn't work in the example with 2.4.0 + also.
