After some study, just found this is also causing by the security setting.
Can be solved by the following step:
#1. Install the app
#2. Reboot,
#3. Start the app again

It was said Android 3.0 already know it is AndroidThings, and will grand the permission automatically,
But my IDE is Android 3.01, still need to reboot.
