Timer Restarts

Description

Elapsed time is restarting whenever i change the file i work on.
Example: i worked 5 minutes on first.txt
-inputs 5 minutes elapsed on discord
Then i change to second.txt
-The Timer just restarts
Please Fix this if its an issue, if its meant to be like this please add an option to change it to fully capture the time i spent in nvim

sadly no since i guess its not really a bug.
I want to check the source to change how it works but nowadays im really busy with my exams

i ended up changin the plugin
now im using https://github.com/vyfor/cord.nvim and its works like a charm
i would like to see presence.nvim to update tho
