Remove unpaired device

Current Behavior

I had to do some maintenance on my device and now I can't remove the old pairing.

Expected Behavior

I wish there was a remove button.

Please, I would like to know how to remove the device that is not paired. I haven't figured out a way to do this.

Is the device disconnected? If so you can open the device and select "Pair" in the menu, when Valent realizes it is disconnected and unpaired it should remove it :)

@andyholmes I tried following your previous instructions: #576 (comment)

But there's no "Pair" in any menu...

The device shows as "Unpaired" in the "Devices" list. If I click inside, it says "Disconnected" - "This device is currently available". There's only "Preferences" from the three-dot menu, which doesn't allow me to pair / forget the device.

Dang, I thought I fixed this.

I'll have another look, but in the meantime since they're annoying, there's a devices.json file in Valent's cache you can edit/delete.

I think I set it up to cleanup on close (to save on disk writes), so usually that should work.
