How to use RGB image to add color information？

Hi，I want to build a map with RGB information，How to use RGB image to add color information？

Python version have color.It is easy to add color part by Python version to ply file.But it is no ideal how to add color to bin,and reconstructed with color.
My way is use possion to reconstruct color ply, and move color to tsdf reconstructed ply.
