Merge pull request #31 from angelware-net/v2

v2.0.2 - Fixes initial login issues with VRC's API, this issue still isn't 100% fixed, but the issue seems to lie in the API side - Fixes caching initialization - Fixes instance grouping - Adds notification popover in header (still w.i.p) - Removes ESLint (I wasn't using it, so it was just annoying me) - Adds animation library for future animations
