feat(nav): remove standalone: true?

Feature Description

I guess standalone:true became the default in angular 19. Should it be removed from generated components like ng generate @angular/material:nav?

It was done in the angular cli: angular/angular-cli@8567267

it was addressed in #30441 but I don't see making it's way to release.

hmm.. kind of think that omitting a test for the presence or absence of "standalone:" kind of defeats the test.
but anyway. I think since I posted this there was a release that made the standalone flag be omitted so this is no longer an issue. Thanks for responding.
