Manually apply changes from webstorm-style-and-karma.

- update the shrinkwrap to the latest ide-template version.
- Move the project pane webstorm feature to ide-template.
- fix project pane name for webstorm's default project tree state.
- fix case sensitive js version in webstorm project context.
- Add Angularity codestyle to the project.
