Remove UnitsNet.Core.sln

I don't think this is used anymore and I believe we
introduced to avoid bothering people with the
WindowsRuntimeComponent project and its SDK dependencies.
We have since created a separate WRC solution and moved it
out of the main UnitsNet.sln file.
