While I wanted to get the value of a variable for 80 stations with latitude and longitude at once, it was having some errors. If we want to extract the WRF data for 1000s of locations, can we do that? And what equations you use to calculate Relative humidity?

Hi. Try them separately. say 50 locations in one namelist.

Yes, I am doing now with a 40-40 split, but if I want to get the data for 1000s of locations with 20-something variables in that context, it won't work right? Like my goal is to automate so at the end of the model run i want to get all the data extracted with the location name in a folder like that. This can be done in ARWpost.

PostWRF has a limitation for 100 locations, as far as I remember. It's main usecase is not within the automation workflows. However, the number of variables for each location doesn't have any limitation.
