Implement direct APK loading/compression

Was curious about this one. Appears to relate to native libraries being uncompressed and page-aligned in the APK, so that users

• receive smaller downloads via Play Store delivery compression only (better than double-compression in transit)
• app uses less space on disk (the native libraries do not have to be extracted / uncompressed as a copy before use)

This only became interesting when minSdk was bumped to 23+ in Anki-Android repo because that caused the default behavior to flip from true to false

Failure is apparently

dlopen failed: library "librsdroid.so" not found

So something about the library load needs a refactor
