What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Sync frequently times out and fails owing to internet routing issue since 1/1/2026. On Anki desktop the fix is to increase the Network Timeout under Tools; Preferences; Syncing. Please see forum post: https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/cant-sync-since-1-1-2026/68040/4

Expected behaviour

In Anki desktop the Network Timeout can be manually adjusted by the user under Tools; Preferences; Syncing. Please add similar feature under Settings; Sync in AnkiDroid.
