customfield with json value

I have tried updating custom field with the jira rest api like the following curl command

and its working

But im not sure how should I set it using the jira cli instead

I Tried

jira issue edit -cconfig/aaa.config.yml --custom value="2" --custom reviewer='{"avatarUrls":{"48x48":"https://hello.com/PH-4.png"},"displayName":"Hello world","accountId":"123123"}' --no-input --debug 176

but when I log out the body it shows

@GZLiew The tool doesn't support passing whole JSON. What's the data type of this field reviewer?

In jira web this field is a dropdown picker so does the type consider as option?
