Support syntax highlight in Issue view

I noticed that issue viewer does not highlight code after I specify into code block used language

Hi @snpefk, could you provide more details please? For example this is how the following codeblock is rendered in my setup (Jira Server 8.22.1).

func main() {
	fmt.Println("Hello, 世界")

Yeah, my bad. I double checked and syntax highlight was on spot. Must be some misconfiguration or just inattention.

However, while I was rechecking issues I noticed that single line code block like {{some code}} prints as is. For example:
