Template table size format question

Was following the Github/Jira formatting helpers and had a couple specific questions that isn't covered by each (at least from what I can find).

Is there a way to size tables? For example

|| Col 1 || Col 2 ||
| abc | abc |

The columns are equal size, 50%/50%. Is there a way to size the columns, like in the Jira GUI, to do 25%/75% via the --template files?
