[api] add reverse playback support #80
Description
although the playback transport can support reverse playback*, due to the additional complexity involved in handling the sequencing of meta events and so on, the playback tempo will be limited to be set to non-negative values.
it'd still be interesting to revisit this if there appears to be a potential application for such a feature.
- the current implementation actually already supports it, however, it will be removed.
