Add recursive generation for markdown files for proper hyperlink functionality

Currently, links of terms outside the module declared in the markdown file are unreachable. Enabling recursive generation of HTML/Markdown files is necessary. In principle, if the imported module is .juvix.md, it should function like markdown, otherwise, it should output the same as html.

Indeed. This is still an issue.
Say you have a project where the folder structure is:

- F
  - B.juvix
  - C.juvix.md
- A.juvix.md

And, you have that:

A.juvix.md, which imports F.B.juvix
and B.juvix imports C.juvix.md.

At the moment, if I run the markdown command over a file such as A.juvix.md

juvix markdown A.juvix.md [other flags possibly]

I'll get only output for A.juvix.md. If a --recursive flag is used, the desired behaviour should be to generate markdown files for each Juvix file involved, possibly put them in a folder called md. The files must, in principle, respect the original folder structure and the used Juvix extension. But, respecting the folder structure could also be optional, btw. So, if that's the default, then I'd expect the following output.

...
md  (folder)
- A.md
- F (folder)
  - B.html
  - C.md 

The business with .juvix and .juvix.md may need a second thought.
